Mr.Gates not only knew the local market , but had a very engaging and straightforward manner in dealing with the complexities of selling my unique property He was diligent, consistently followed through on stated tasks, and made the process much less challenging then it might have otherwise been. He was quick to respond to inquires. As a novice seller I appreciated the guidance for opportunities to improve the appeal of the home from basic cosmetic work to more intricate upgrades to systems. My home sold to the very first viewers in just 8 days
