Ricky Gates was a joy to work with. He told us what needed to be done to sell the property. We followed his instructions,and used his contractor and the results were very pleasing. The attorney he uses was absolutely incredible and they went over and above the call of duty . I had to leave the area before the sale was complete and between Ricky and Andrea at the attorneys office everything was taken care of. I highly recommend Ricky Gates and could not be more pleased with the experience.
