Ricky was very helpful finding us our new home. We were living abroad and he took diligent and detailed videos of many homes for us over a few months. If we wanted to see the surrounding neighborhood, we would take video of the houses and businesses near by. We felt confident making an offer sight unseen thanks to him and we felt that he was on our side the whole time.

Rick was my go to person to tour homes, sending videos, FaceTiming me and endless consultation for the perfect home for us. Other realtors in the area working for the seller side were unresponsive, and too busy for their clientele which made me value working with Rick even more. If you need someone who honors your interests and desires in a home/ area, and will take his time to find you the best option- Rick is the guy.
