Ricky has sold two houses for our family, and both sold the first day over asking price. She is attentive to her client's needs and concerns. She listens, works hard and, in my opinion, does more than I would expect of an agent -- for instance, she traveled to the rental home I was selling in my place a number of times to make sure work was being done and all was in order. Equally important, Ricky is fun to work with. She is always pleasant and keeps a good attitude throughout the project. Probably most important, she knows what she is doing: the law, the business, pricing, and the demographics of potential buyers. I will definitely work with Ricky again if I have another property to sell or buy.
