Ricky helped the reviewer buy this property

Ricky has been one of the most professional and easiest people I’ve ever worked with

Ricky has been one of the most professional and easiest people I’ve ever worked with. We were navigating our purchase while living across the country, and he truly became our eyes and ears on the ground. From walkthroughs to inspections to the smallest details, he consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt informed, confident, and supported every step of the way.Communication was seamless, expectations were always clear, and his local knowledge made a huge difference in helping us make the right decisions. He treated our purchase like it was his own and never once made us feel like just another transaction.Thank you, Ricky, for everything — your dedication, professionalism, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. We truly couldn’t have done this without you. We’ve found our real estate agent for life in Central Oregon and can’t recommend you enough.
