When we found the one he was so helpful in every way, he was at house for appliance deliveries, multiple inspections, painters, anything we asked or even thought about he was there to help, since we were still in ca. I've used several realtors over the years, Ricky is the best, professional, sincere, and very helpful, always returned calls when I had questions.
