Ricky J. Alvarez’s personal motto is to “provide results-driven real estate from beginning to end,” and he delivers. An agent since 2015, Ricky works with a wide range of clients, from investors and home buyers to family, friends, and past clients. But no matter who his clients are, he counts them as friends. He greatly values kindness, respect, and hard work in this business, and he stands firmly with his clients throughout the entire process and beyond.
Ricky was born in San Francisco and raised mostly in Concord. Real estate has almost always been a part of his life, beginning with helping his parents maintain their residential and commercial properties when he was younger. And when it comes to the many different aspects of real estate, it seems Ricky has had a hand in nearly all of them: He’s held maintenance jobs; dealt with tenants, lenders, and city officials, and worked in marketing, advertising, and finance. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an option in Finance and Real Estate.
Ricky began his professional real estate career by interning with a top-producing team, and he soon built a solid reputation for himself, becoming a top performer and earning a nomination for the President’s Club. For Ricky, it’s about delivering personal service and professional results.
Ricky’s hobbies are just as diverse as his background, which include new technology and finance, sports, coin collecting, and cinema. He’s an avid volunteer, including for The California Academic Decathlon and The Boys and Girls Club, and he serves as President of the Bay Area Alumni Association and National Director of Alumni Affairs for his Fraternity. He also loves visiting Mexico, his ancestral home, where he and his family are currently building their dream vacation home.
