A very fast decision had to be made, and she helped me get my perfect house at a great price. I have already been recommending Ricki and Stephanie to people I know looking to purchase in the Truckee area. I spent a month working with a couple other realtors in the before I chose to work with Ricki and Stephanie. Unlike the others I met, these two understood how to make a purchase with the buyer's best interest in mind and showed me what I was looking for. Ricki found rentals within my criteria of ROI (Truckee isn't the easiest) and negotiated multiple properties before we finally discovered the property that truly made sense for me. Not only did Ricki help me to find and purchase my cabin in the Sierras, but also she helped me to sell it when times got tough. She is very relaxed but totally competent when it comes to the details of the purchase or the sale.
