In 2019 I was relocating to Texas from Pennsylvania and searching for homes online by myself. Rickey reached out to me and introduced himself and offered to help with my search. I was looking approximately 6 months before I even planned to move and Rickey was extremely patient and helpful offering many suitable homes. We found the perfect home and closed on it in May of 2019. Through this transaction, Rickey was very professional, understanding, caring and most of all genuine. Rickey did not just become my realtor, we became good friends and have stayed in contact. Then in 2020 the pandemic started and we decided to relocate again and of course I used Rickey.
