Mr. Rick Toye provided professional and knowledgeable real estate information in the selling of our property which made it easy during the most difficult time in the loss of a love one and a deadly virus that surrounded us .
Rick's knowledge of the real estate market in DC is outstanding. He was very professional and friendly during the entire process--from walking through the house to assess its salability, while providing information I would never have known about selling a house in DC . He walked me through the different processes that were required to complete the sale, and was always available when I had questions. He did all of the work--I just sat back and enjoyed the ride. Rick is awesome!!
