Rick’s experience made our experience a breeze

Rick helped us sell our home after we had already moved out of state. He walked us through the process step by step. His calm, confident guidance relieved our stress and helped us make solid decisions, and ultimately sell our home for a great profit. Rick answered every question thoroughly and patiently. We never felt rushed or dismissed. He gave his expertise whenever it was asked and always respected our decisions. I would recommend Rick for all things real estate. He knows the industry well and can serve as a trusted ally for all your home buying/selling needs! Call Rick if you need a great realtor!

He has a great deal of patience

Rick kept in touch and alerted us to properties as soon as they became available. We were outbid on several homes. Finally, a property met our very specific needs. The transaction proceeded without complications.
