Rick helped my MIL sell her condo which she had resided in for many years. He took care of every detail in the process so it was easy and comfortable for her (she's in her 80's). It wasn't without its drama, however, with a fire in the unit around the corner from her. Rick helped to ease her anxiety by assisting with the insurance company, new carpet, paint, etc. , and saw the sale to completion. We were fortunate to have him on our team!! Thank you, Rick!!
