Rick did his research, made a great game plan and helped us view and by in just one trip!

My sister in FL passed away unexpectedly in the middle of COVID. I contacted one of my sister’s friends who recommended Rick....absolutely the best recommendation I have ever received. As soon as I got into town Rick Thomas met me and helped me get all the contractors I needed to get my sister’s home cleaned out, painted, recarpeted, electrical and air conditioning repaired, etc. All of this was done in the middle of a “pandemic”. Even though I still had to have my sister’s affairs go through Probate and I had to return to Texas....Rick went “above and beyond” by ensuring everything was ok with the condo stopping by to check on it and giving me regular updates on everything until I could sell it. No small feat on any of these issues..I have NEVER had my realtor ( and some are even friends) do what Rick did to assist me through this difficult process. I have bought and sold at least 15 homes over the last 40 years....Rick is the absolute BEST Realtor....and I would even consider him a dear friend now. He would be my definite “go to” realtor if/when I would have another home to buy/sell.
