Rick was a pleasure to work with when my wife and I were looking for our first home. He really went the extra mile for us, and he worked with our busy schedule which was great. He was very informative, he knew the area very well and listened to what we really wanted in a first home. He also explained the entire home purchasing process which for us was an overwhelming process at first but he answered all our questions and gave us more info than we expected out of an agent. Highly recommend. We will use Rick again when we grow out of this house.

He fors above and beyond consistently, is knowledgeable, is willing to change things up to get the best results, and always answers the phone! Rick was very good at keeping the process moving even in these challenging times. Keeping meinformed along the way, so I knew where we were and what was next. Rick did many things to go the extra mile to create a presentable product even though the house needed a lot of work. I am happy that the family who owns it now will enjoy and raise their kids in Eagle Rock, but most of all, fix the place up so that all my neighbors will also benefit from a beautiful street.
