This is the second time Rick assisted us with a sale of a house. His knowledge of the real estate business is vast. He is of good character. Rick can handle difficult situations with confidence if they arise. Rick has my highest reccomendations.
We have used Rick numerous times over the years. He is a consummate professional who always exceeds our expectations! We would highly recommend Rick to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.
Rick is the best! He is extremely knowledgeable and works with a great team. His communication was amazing throughout the entire sale. The home has been in our family for 53 years. This was a difficult time for all us . He made the process smooth. He is very caring about his clients . I would recommend Rick to anyone who is buying or selling a home . Thank you Rick! We appreciate all you have done for our family .
I needed to find the fair market value from 2017 (5 years ago) of a home that i recently sold. Rick was eager and willing to help me and produced an accurate and professional report that the Irs will accept. He didn't charge me for this favor, yet treated me as well as any other paying customer.
If you ever need a Real Estate Agent please look up Rick Settani from Showcase Realtor's. His professionalism and knowledge of real estate is A plus.I Recently sold my home and from start to finish, Rick had my home sold and closed on all in a 6 week period. Thank you again Rick.
Rick was fantastic all the way through, handling everything perfectly.....felt like a friend looking out for me. Thank you
Rick was amazing. He was patient and very honest with us when it came to buying a home. It took us over a year of working with him to finally purchase a home. He never steered us in the wrong direction. He actually saved us from making a bad decision (more than once if I admit it). We would highly recommend him. We actually are having him list our land for us as well. If we ever go to sell/buy a house again Rick would be our first call. He is not just our real estate agent he is our friend.
Thank you so much, Rick! Your positive and upbeat attitude through our very lengthy "probate wait" kept me in a positive and upbeat state of mind as well. I really appreciate your professional guidance throughout the entire home buying process. You played such a key role in making my Dream to "Go Back Home" come true! We have proven for a fact that where there is a Strong Will, there is Always a way to make your Dreams a Reality. You said you could make it happen for me and you certainly delivered on your promise, Rick!! I would recommend anyone in need of an outstanding Realtor, look no further than Rick Settani of Showcase Realty, Inc. Sincerely, Jan Balzarini "Happy Home Owner"
Rick was Awesome! He’s very knowledgeable in what he does.He was very considerate and stayed in touch even though it took him less than a week to sell my dads townhouse. He was also very compassionate towards my dads illness which spoke volumes to us. I would highly recommend Rick Settani! Many Thanks
Rick sold my house quickly by using his vast market knowledge and through his hard work. He took a lot of the stress out of the process as well.
