Rick was so helpful while we were purchasing our first home. His experience helped us navigate through the purchase. He was always willing to do whatever he could to work around our schedules and was genuinely concerned with our best interests. I would highly recommend him.
Rick was very knowledgeable in the entire process and would bend over backwards to get things done. He was very flexible with his times and would make it work for us no matter what day of the week or weekend or time.
Rick assisted me with selling my first house. I knew very little about the selling process, and hadn't had much luck with a couple of other agents even being interested in listing the house for various reasons. From day one Rick was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was very thorough in his explanation of the selling process and what to expect, and genuinely cares about getting the house sold to help you out, not just for financial reasons. He was very communicative, and went above and beyond my expectations to get my house sold. Would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling.
Rick has 18 properties for sale and sold 17 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
