I'm a former Realtor and I could have easily sold my own home, but I met Rick Riley at an open house and he had far more energy and experience than myself. I was just not prepared to do all the contracts and scheduling all the showings myself. The photos were fantastic. The house sold in one week for full asking price and that was worth it to me. I would highly recommend Rick Riley to be your realtor.
