We have used Rick Rammage as a buyers and sellers Real Estate agent for (over) 31 years. Rick was recommended by a Real estate agent that we had known in Virginia in 1991, when we moved to Denver. Knowledgeable of markets here, he helped us find a beautiful 1936 brick Tudor and moved in May of 1992. After about 14 years, we decided to “downsize” and try condominium living. Rick once again helped us with extensive market comparisons and we found a condominium downtown, which we lived in until October of 2022.
