Rick is just the best. He and his team are on top of everything. Super dependable, friendly, and truly go above and beyond. We just recently bought our third property with him, and due to COVID, many things did not go according to plan. Rick, went to bat for us on MULTIPLE occasions, finding us a new lender, making sure we paid less on closing costs due to tax rate differences between 2019 and 2020, etc. If you are looking for a realtor, you don't have to search any further, just message Rick and thank me later.
