He was able to walk us through the home to help us see it, he was very knowledgeable about the history of the home and the actual builder even though it was 20 years old and he helped us structure our offer in such a way that gave us the best chance of it being accepted without overspending. From offer to close, he stayed in constant contact to let us know where things stood, if there were any issues, etc. It was very comforting to know he was there if something arose.
