Rick was wonderful in helping out family find a home (on short notice) in Centreville, MD! We contacted him Thursday, with 4th of July being that weekend, and he still set up showings and helped us walk through homes that same weekend. We were only visiting at that time so he made sure to get us as many showings as he could in that time frame. We ended up going through a whirlwind of an experience (no fault to Rick) BUT found a house and he got all negotiations done firmly and made it easy on our part.

Rick was very professional, timely, and knowledgeable. And the few items he did not know, he researched and got back to us ASAP. Very friendly, and quickly gathered a working knowledge of our style of house shopping. He even saw a few houses on our behalf and took detailed videos, since we lived in another state during the shopping process. Would definitely recommend.
