Rick went above and beyond for us.. He fought for us every step of the way. He was honest and friendly at all times. He was there to answer any questions we had , and boy I had a lot.

Rick was very knowledgeable in the real estate world. When we were unsure of anything he continously provided us with reassurance. He made our experience of selling very comfortable and smooth sailing.

It all stared when I saw a home that I fell in love with and being desperate to sell my other home. I called Rick Navarro from the number posted on the for sale sign ( Modern Really) on the dream home that I fell in love with in Visalia, Ca. On a Sunday, he answered my phone call, I felt like my dream started to become true. Rick was very positive, informative and of course professional. He made me feel like I owned the home already. He even called some lenders that same day to ask questions about my financial situation. That’s when I realized that he was our guy! He is not afraid of negotiating with anyone that made us feel like a family member or an army fighting for us. The pictures, structure, negotiations, his active actions and confidence was impeccable. He kept us very informed. I actually, had a realtor before him but I had to replace him because he was a unmatchable compared to Rick Navarro. Soon, after he was able to sell our other home and we where able to purchase our dream home! Amazing!!!

I’ve know Rick since we were kids. I was extremely nervous after I decided to ask Rick to sell my rental home (my first home I bought right out of college). I don’t usually like to mix business with friends or family. Rick made the experience easy to go through even when I began to be emotional with parting with this home. Rick went above and beyond expectations. I had been strung along by another agent and felt defeated. I showed and described my wants in a home, and he was patient and flexible amd he hade approved for a loan in under 48 hrs so we knew my budget for my new home. After showing me various homes i found a hime before it hit the market and said this what I want. I travel alot for work so between Rick and Mortgage Company they bent over backwards to make it happen, and we closed on the home in record time. I happened to be on a fire in Arizona while ot closed as soon as Iarrived home on closing day i had the keys and a Place for my family to call home.
