Just completed a transaction with Rick. What a great realtor. He has been around Bakersfield for many years. He was able to tell the history of the development of various neighborhoods. It was great to know when houses were built, who the builder was, and some motivations behind the developments. He gave us great pointers on how best to write the offers. We were able to out bid the next bidder because of his tips. We made several trips to look at houses and he was always available, and very patient until we found what we wanted.

Rick is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He is very personable and friendly, and always accessible. Ten years ago, we made an offer on a house, and Rick went to the house after a rainstorm (rare in Bakersfield), and found mold in some of the rooms from the recent rain, and helped us withdraw our offer. Not something every realtor would do.... He has helped us very much with knowing what we had to do to prepare the house for sale, and helped us through the documents necessary for the sale.
