Rick Maxey, also known as “Captain Rick”, is a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawaiʻi Realty and an avid fisherman on a rare day off. Born and raised in Lanikai, Oahu, Rick grew up on the water: surfing, windsurfing, paddling, sailing and fishing, sharing his love of the sea with his Dad, Homer Maxey. Having inherited the entrepreneurial lure & business sense from his Mother, Mahina Maxey, Rick secured his real estate license in 1998; he specializes full-time in the buying and selling of homes on the Windward side of Oʻahu, and beyond. Rick and Nani are a local father-daughter real estate team representing two generations of Kailua. With a deep understanding of what makes Hawai‘i such a special place to live, Team Maxey is passionate about the local market and providing exceptional service that revolves around the Aloha Spirit.
