Rick handled the sale of a residential property for me a few years back. Another realtor had the property for a year and did nothing to highlight the property. Within one week of Rick listing the property I had two offers and we settled with getting the asking price that Rick felt the property was worth. He had the contacts and knowledge of the local economy to find me a buyer within 7 F days. Any Real Estate situation in the future I would gladly ask him to handle it for me if he were in my area.
