Rick was great at going over everything in detail with us. This was our first time purchasing a house so this was all new to us. He took his time and explained everything so we would fully understand it. He went above and beyond showing us more than two handfuls of houses to figure out what we were interested in. Rick even helped us to motivate our finance company into getting their job done. He went through the steps of what we could expect to be seeing and doing, as well as, a timeline of when we needed to make sure certain items were completed by. Rick was also very accessible. Anytime we'd called he'd either answer the phone right away or get back to me within the hour. He kept great open communication with us either by phone or email even it was just to let us know we were still waiting for something. We would highly recommend Rick as he made our experience as smooth as possible. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better agent than Rick. We can't stress that enough. He knows his stuff, he knows how to treat people and accommodate them, and overall he was just very professional throughout the whole process.
