I had never met Rick and I was searching property on the Internet and he found me. I told him what I was interested in he did everything that I asked him to do he arranged for a lot of things so I have no complaints whatsoever he was very Professional and same to be very accomadating. Unfortunately I cannot say that about the sellers agent he seem to try and hold things up. Unfortunately the people who owned the place left it in a real dirty mess so it's taking a lot of cleaning but this was not ricks fault I do find fault with the home inspection because in the kitchen the hood over the range was totally illegal and would not have passed inspection. So all in all I would say Rick did a very good job and I would recommend him
