In May 2018 my wife and I were connected to Rick via the financing person we were working with to get pre-approved for a home loan. We were looking to relocate back to Arkansas after being in California for the last 30 years. We wanted to explore the Little Rock area and Rick was our guy. He really made us feel welcome and did his due diligence to locate the types of homes we were looking for. We few to Little Rock in early May and Rick gave us a tour and we were able to visit all the homes in 1 day. Rick helped us find the perfect house for us. It is August now and Rick still checks in on us from time to time to see how our transition is going. Great guy and great realtor! Anthony Pennington
