"We met Rick for the first time in April and we sold our current home mid July and closed on our home early August!! After seeing many homes and being super particular, Rick never showed frustration or discouragement about us taking our time to find that perfect home for us. He was extremely patient with us and kept pushing forward, even in the Georgia summer heat, showing us home after home. He was very knowledgeable about selling as well. He also sold our current home within a week of it being on the market, with a 45 day occupancy agreement - that we later learned is very unheard of! He gave us references for handymen when we asked, inspectors that were highly recommended, and any other vendors that we needed. In short, Rick is the best!!"
