My? wife and I decided to use Rick as our agent because of the high level of service he had provided to our daughter when she was buying her first home. And sure enough, he continued that same high level with our home sale. He put a lot of effort into creating a great listing for our home showing off all the features. Our market was slow but Rick explored many new electronic marketing strategies. After a few months, we had a positive lead and Rick made sure the other agent was aware of our desire to sell the house. We had purchased another home out of state before we sold our home. Rick was fantastic! He watched the house and coordinated all the inspections and was our representative on site. He even made the closing easy for us so that we did not have to come back.
