My experience with Rick was beyond great! He's very understanding of the needs of a home and will do his absolute best to get you 100% of what your looking for. He was very kind and very flexible to our schedule. If I had to sell or buy another home Id go to him right away. He always got back to us asap if he missed our call and would consistently keep us posted about potential homes.

Showed interest in selling my house from the very first contact then worked hard to sell it for the asking price. Showed the house frequently, was aggressive on my behalf, pleasant to work with, returned phone calls and text, answered questions and overall did a great job. Highly recommended.

My sister and I live out of town and Rick handled the sale of our mother's home from start to finish. He routinely communicated with each of us about the showings of the house and the negotiations that ensued. He gave well-informed advice during the negotiations that led up to closing. Rick also coordinated the repairs that were necessary prior to the closing. He was especially helpful in assisting us with the contents of the house, recommending estate sale agents, coordinating pick up with the agent and others who were recipients of some of the contents.
