I can’t say enough about this man! Rick Gehrke was the most patient, professional and knowledgeable agent I’ve ever met. As older first time home buyers, we knew nothing about the process. Rick walked through every step, of buying buying our first new built home from Lennar in Nampa. Rick also has extensive inspection experience which helped walked us through each step of the building process…and he went to the property each week, providing us with pictures of each phase from framing to landscaping.

Rick's knowledge and expertise may the transaction easy when we had a change of plans and needed to sell to relocate to Central Oregon. His team that he used displayed the home on the MLS listing that brought the out of town buyer to our door. His appraisal of the home was close to the selling price so that buyers were not driven away by an inflated price. His knowledge of the local builders gave insight on the quality of the home. He help us purchase the Zachery home when we sold our first Nampa home to a daughter. He also help us purchase the first Nampa home. Rick was also willing to help when the Zachery seller’s left chemicals and paint at the home. He came by with his truck and picked up the hazardous waste and disposed of it for us. That is just one of the many things he did in the transactions to show the level of personal service that he delivers.
