Rick showed me this property in Selma and although I didn't end up putting an offer on it he was very patient and was able to honestly answer my questions and concerns about the property .. Will definitely work with him again in the future.

Rick was awesome. We were displaced by the Oregon wildfires, Rick stuck with us through many home tours throughout the rogue valley for about 2 months. He finally got us a beautiful home. Rick went above and beyond everything I expected from a realtor.

He was helpful too in providing information for us, being first time home buyers, and included programs geared directly towards people in our situation.
