Listing with Rick during two hurricanes!!

Rick De Barros has been my Realtor both purchasing and selling a few homes over the years. He has knowledge of construction and was able to find specific contractors when needed - all favorable. I moved out of state, leaving my home empty during the last two hurricanes. Rick immediately assessed damage and kept me informed with photos and constant communication. He coordinated repairs, meeting several times with workmen. He held several open houses and scheduled all showings, securing the eventual buyer. He was supportive under very stressful times. I joked with him, "Why would anyone use another Realtor?" So true. Rick is one of those rare people who truly cares.
