This was the sixth transaction we did with Rick, and have used him for both the selling and purchasing sides of transactions. His analysis of the market prices placed our house in line for a fair market sale. He and his wife took a lot time to help prepare the home for sale and Rick spent many hours rolling up his own sleeves to assist.
