I met Rick Chamberlain over 20 years ago when I was buying my first house. He was the agent for the seller. I watched him and I watched my agent, and couldn't understand how their agent (Rick) was so much better than mine in every way. I have used Rick for all my real estate transactions since then. He has a detailed knowledge of real estate conditions in this area, is always willing to answer questions. He did a great job every time. He knew when to negotiate, what the breaking point was, and was always spot on. He is also very honest and upfront about everything. My highest recommendation.
