Words can not express what my heart feels about Rick Carter & his team. I am originally from Maryland. While in MD I lived with my daughter for a number of years. I prayed almost everyday for God to bless me with my own home. When my son moved to NC I would visit him once or twice a year. I really liked NC and wanted to make this state my home. During one of my visits my son told me about Rick. I believe he was sent to me by God because from that day up until the day I closed on my home Rick helped me, stayed in contact with me and addressed all my concerns. Rick was not only my realtor but a friend. I would recommend Rick Carter to anyone that is looking for a home. Ms. B. J
