Rick was both the listing and selling agent for our new home purchase. He was prompt to respond, professional, and enabled a smooth sale process. We would highly recommend Rick.

Rick Carr facilitated our purchase of a desirable downtown Coeur d’Alene condominium, and he also successfully marketed the sale of our home, a challenging task in today’s R/E market conditions. Without his expertise and knowledge of local conditions, we would not have achieved our goal that previously failed with a prior agent. We highly recommended Mr. Carr for buyers and sellers in the communities of northern Idaho.
