Rick was very professional and friendly. He dedicated himself to help us meet our goals. Most impressive was he developed a plan and told us precisely what we needed to do in order to sell our house. He described what would happen and what we could expect. Everything happened almost exactly as he told us. When there were a few little hiccups, Rick helped identify resources to make things happen. I could not be happier. In the future, when I decide to downsize, Rick will be the first person I call.
