Rick Binkley is a consummate professional and we deeply appreciate all of the effort that he gave our house search. From the first day that we met Rick, he was very prepared with neighborhood market research so that we could make the best possible decision on purchasing a home (he even brought it in a fancy binder chalk full of information). Our house search took over five months to complete, and he showed the same respect and patience whether we were looking at the second house or the sixth. Each time he showed us a home, he brought with him an arsenal of market, neighborhood and home specific information; these added touches (often on super short notice) illustrated how much he cared about our finding the right home. Along with this information, he brought his informed opinion—never overtly selling us on a particular house, rather he would listen to our myriad of questions and return with thoughtful answers that would help us advance our search. When we (thankfully) found the home that we had been looking for, Rick helped to negotiate the best price and encouraged the sellers to make much needed repairs before we signed on the dotted line. He made informed suggestions on improvements that we could make immediately to add value to our home on day one as well as setting up appointments for qualified professionals to bid on projects that we could not do ourselves. Thanks Rick for being a thoughtful, never pushy partner in the house buying process. Rick made the house buying process easy for two real estate novices; we could not be happier with our new home!
