Having bought 11 homes and sold 10 from NY, CT...
Having bought 11 homes and sold 10 from NY, CT, AZ, & CA to ID over many years, I obviously have dealt with numerous agents, brokers, bankers and lawyers, all real estate related. In all of them, never has there been a broker/realtor that held a candle to Rick Bennett whom is the ultimate in every nuance. He was 'born for the profession' in my view. He cares more for his clients and truly meets every expectation anyone could ask for. He does his homework better than you can imagine. If you have already met him, you already know what I say is absolutely true. I would not have anyone else, nor should you.
