Rick was very helpful during the entire home buying process. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions, and we had a lot as this was our first home purchase! Rick walked us through the entire process and told us what to expect. He has been very helpful even after closing the sale. I would highly recommend Rick to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Rick was very knowledgeable on the market. He had the best negotiating skills and had very good tips on what to check on the house. Like have the sewer line checked to make sure there are no problems with them. He treats your money like it was his and gets the best deal he can get. He will show you as many houses as you want to until you fine the house you want. I would use Rick again and will gladly recommend him to anyone buying a house. He is great and has a great personality.
