Rick Allan is a fantastic realtor. As we rushed to move Rick went above and beyond to help us get the house ready to list and kept the house marketable until closing. Prior to listing Rick had "the people" (i.e., handyman, house cleaner, flooring guy, stager) to make the house "pop." I was especially impressed that Rick was right in the middle of it; walking around staining and sealing woodwork, cleaning, mowing the grass, etc.. We moved cross country and were selling remote. Rick kept the house clean and yard tidy, gave us regular updates and was responsive to any questions or concerns up through closing. You cannot go wrong with Rick!

I met Rick in December 2020 to begin discussion on selling my townhome. He introduced me to Knock and their home swap program, which gave me a sense of security knowing they would purchase my townhome if after six months it still hadn't sold. And I went through the pre-qualification process with them for purchasing a new home.
