A great experience
Rick is a thoroughly experienced professional and was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. He skillfully guided me through the complicated process. Best of all, when we received an offer early on, he had the experience and good sense to play it down so I wouldn't get my hopes up if it fell through, as these things often can. Fortunately it did not fall through, and the process proceeded pretty smoothly. I highly recommend him and would definitely work with him again.
