Could not have had a better experience. The guy is a pro and was remarkably responsive! We were looking to identify a single family home as an investment property. We set up an appointment at one of Richie's listings, not the one we ended up purchasing and when we arrive to see that home and we walking out he identified several similar properties we might consider. He only brought those to our attention after it was clear we were not moving forward with the listing he was showing us so he represented his client well, then identified several other options all over the market. We ended up buying a property listed by another broker with Richie representing us. He had and inspector ready for us if we wanted one, and we did, knew all of the utilities to contact and provided us that information as well. As I said, a real pro, would use him again, and likely will.
