My Home Sale - WONDERFUL
Richard came to me as a referral and I did not contact him until I had purchased a new home in another state. So, I was ready to move and was afraid to set the price too high. Richard checked the market and set it EXACTLY at the price that was paid and did it in TWO WEEKS. He was not only extremely knowledgable about the market in my area, but kept me informed and gave me tips that allowed the closing to occur within a month of going under contract.
