Richard handled our transaction very well! He showed us several houses before we found the right place, then helped us put together a nice offer package and met with the sellers in person to get them to accept it. Throughout the transaction, he kept us informed and worked hard to make sure that everything stayed on schedule. He's also helped us find a few contractors to make some minor upgrades.
