We were out for a drive, looking in different communities in search of a new home for us and our puppy, and we came across a beautiful house in a lovely little neighborhood that fit exactly what we were looking for. There was a For Sale sign in the front yard and since we hadn't gotten to the point of hiring an agent, we decided to call the number on the sign and ask about the house. Rick answered his phone and informed us that the house we were sitting in front of was his own house and that it was already sold. He invited us to join him and his lovely wife on their front porch anyway. After just a few minutes with them, we were confident that they were the ones we wanted to help us find our new home and to list ours as well. Allfirst sounded like the perfect fit for us. I have to say that we were not disappointed. Our home sold very quickly with the perfect listing and pictures that were taken. Rick was always available and made sure we saw every house we were interested in within a day or as soon as it was on the market. He was very professional at all times. Rick and Becky were with us through all of our dissappointments too. They submitted six other offers for us, before we found the right one. I would highly recommend Rick and Becky as realtors.

Rick recently sold me and my wife our dream home. He found it for us, immediately took us to see it and within days we put our offer in. Because of Ricks expertise in real estate, he coached us along and advised us what our offer should be in order to get our offer accepted in this crazy, competitive market. The seller accepted our offer even with our contingency and we were moved in a month later! This is the second house I’ve owned, I can promise you that this experience was nothing like my first home buying process which was a nightmare. Rick made this easy and I mean it.
