Felt like family

This is my third home purchased and Rich treated just like a family member. He went above and beyond and answered every question timely no matter how silly. This was a new type of purchase for me and Rich used his expertise to walk me through things I was unfamiliar with and took care of things I didn’t even realize I needed to address. Felt like a family member was taking care of me!!
