I can not say enough about the professionalism, and understanding Richard extended in the selling of my mothers home. As the Trustee of her trust and living 100 miles away from Modesto, I had heard horror stories about being an absent seller, I needed not to worry with Richard. Richard meet with me and he came with comps for the area in addition to having his home work on the value for the home he had a realistic marketing plan. In less than one week I had two offers for the home one for more than the listed price; granted it is a sellers market Richard made sure the offers were solid - My contacts with Richard were professional, open and honest. When my mother was looking to sell her home I was referred to Rich by a mutual friend. I was impressed the minute I met him. He is very professional, down to earth and does not sugar coat anything. He responds to calls right away and keeps you informed every step of the way. Her roof was getting up there in age and he recommended we get a roof certification right away to make things go smoother, which it did. We had a prior offer that was requesting approximately $4,000 worth of work be done at our expense. Rich said "do not do it, it is not needed". We took his advice and did not make the repairs. The next day we got an offer over asking price as it was. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to buy or sell.
He was very honest with us when looking at homes. Would point out possible problems etc never told us what we wanted to hear. He even got us in touch with painters and contractors to do minor adjustments to the home we purchased. Always very responsive and attentive to our wants and needs.
